In order to connect with this program, it is best to sign up persons that are internet savvy, and do so if possible in locations where others can gather.
If this is not possible or feasible, the next best thing would be to have the internet savvy ones trained, then utilize them to train others.
Jesus trained his disciples by having them walk alongside him, and we must do likewise if we are to follow his lead. This is best done by going into the streets, the community or the marketplace and connecting with people, then ministering to them, and sharing the Gospel with them, while having your disciples alongside.
The training sessions that follow such a practical exercise will be keenly anticipated by the disciple, because he will have seen or experienced things that make him hungry to learn.
Once we understand what we are trying to achieve for an in-person training, we then, in the initial training, find ways of achieving the same effect utilizing zoom and Whatsapp.

For the initial zoom, or the training of trainers, the outreach on the streets will require the use of phones with internet service, and training helpers to monitor the various conversations.
